Select Pleas, Starrs, and Other Records from the Rolls of the Exchequer of the Jews, A.D. 1220-1284. London, published by The Jewish Historical Society of England together with The Selden Society. 1902. [2] LXI, 167 [135], 134 pp., 25 cm.

Only edition of a collection of documents and statements from the Jews in England during the years 1220–1284 in Latin and English, edited by J.M. Rigg. The original Latin and the English translation are on facing pages. The editor was a British lawyer and researcher of the Jews in England. He put together an all-encompassing work with the help of a staff of researchers. The book includes a long foreword and various detailed indices. This is an important work for those interested in Jewish life in England before the expulsion. A rare work.

In mint condition, with uncut margins, and in its original binding.
