This is an eighteen-year Jewish calendar, with the dates of the festivals, Rosh Chodesh, the fast days, and the Torah portion of the week. Each year begins with a partial title page. The calendar opens with a foreword. In the last section, 257 sayings and expressions from the Talmud are printed with their English translation. The final leaves include some interesting information about Jewish life in America.
This is the first Hebrew book printed in Troy, N.Y. See:

Beautifully printed on thick (slightly acidic) paper and excellently preserved in its original green binding with gold embossing.
