Lot 96:
Netivot Olam. Translation of The Old Paths, a missionary work by [Alexander McCaul, 1836, translated into Hebrew by Stanislaus Hoga]. London. 1852. 112 leaves, 21 cm.
On the title page: a Comparison of the Principles and Doctrines of Modern Judaism with the Religion of Moses and the Prophets. It drips with venom against the Talmud and the sages. It was written in 1836 and translated into English in 1852 by a convert from Judaism and published in several editions. This book is rare.
In very good condition, with its original binding.
