Two wooden ornaments for a Torah Ark. [Quebec, Canada. Circa 1900]. Height: (of each) 53 cm; circumference: 105 cm; weight: 9 kg.
These ornaments were taken from a decorated wooden Torah ark. The Torah ark adorned a synagogue in the Province of Quebec, Canada, until it was ritually buried, and the ornaments were removed and saved.
