The rare bracha, recited only once every twenty-eight years, with vowels. The CD of the Institute for Hebrew Bibliography mentions advertising on the reverse side of the sheet of other publications by the printer. In this copy, the reverse is blank.
In excellent condition. Printed on paper with acid content.
