First edition. The author was appointed as Rabbi of Karlin after the death of his brother, R. Yaakov – author of the Responsa Mishkenot Yaakov. The volumes of Keren Orah on the Talmud are among the most important compositions of the latter commentators on the Talmud – especially on the tractates of Seder Kodshim. Includes an introduction from the author’s grandson.

Novellae on Tractate Menachot and Hilchot Treifot and tractate Sanhedrin. By R. Yitzchak [Minkovsky] from Karlin. Warsaw. 1884. 132 p., 30 cm.

Both works are in good condition, but were printed on high acid content paper.
