The kashrut certificate is written in Hebrew and in English, and is printed on a typewriter on the Manischewitz Company letterhead. With a printed signature of R. Eliezer Silver, R. Yitzchak Halevy Segal, R. Naftali Tzvi Yehuda Riff, and R. Pinchas Gutmann.

The Manischewitz Company is the largest company in America (and probably in the world) that produces kosher food. At the top of the Hebrew certificate, (and at the bottom of the English certificate as well) they boast (in Yiddish) that they are the largest matzah factory in the world – and this is still true today!
