Includes advertisements for the yeshiva and many letters of support from well-known rabbis and influential figures, as well as the benefits afforded to the yeshiva’s supporters. With a list of yahrzeit dates of supporters from all over the world. With the names of Tanaim and Amoraim buried in Safed and the surrounding area, and an illustration of the yeshiva building.

2. 1927-28 Galilee Calendar. Published by the Yeshiva “Bet Chatam Sofer” and the “Talmud Torah HaKlalith.” [Safed. 1927]. 108 pp., 12 cm.
Due to overcrowding and poor sanitary conditions the British mandate government ordered the yeshiva to vacate their premises, and the yeshiva purchased a plot for a new building. This calendar includes the letter from the government, followed by many letters from Chassidic Rebbes, rabbis and influential figures on the pressing need to raise money for the new building. With a list of benefits afforded to the yeshiva’s supporters. With a list of yahrzeit dates of international supporters. With names of Tanaim and Amoraim buried in Safed and the surrounding area.
